SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This is due to all items being made to order. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
Standard Shipping (2-8 business days) $11 or FREE on orders over $100 AUD
Express Shipping (1-4 business days) $15
LOCAL PICKUP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from Farley NSW 2320. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 7 to 10 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with instructions.
Please DM us on Instagram (@lovelunathestore) or email us (claire@lovelunathestore.com) to organise a pickup time.
You may also select the local pickup option at checkout if you already have an outstanding order that has yet to be shipped, to combine and save on additional shipping fees. Please advise in the notes of your order on this.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns for change of mind purchases.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, or you are not happy with the quality of the product, please email us as soon as possible at claire@lovelunathestore.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
